Based on the proven Furlong® H-A.C Coated stem design, the Furlong® Securus system consists of a comprehensive range of anteroposterior bowed monobloc long stem prostheses, modular long distal stems and modular proximal bodies. All of the modular distal stems and proximal bodies are interchangeable to maximise the capability to cope with a mismatch between metaphyseal and diaphyseal dimensions and allow secure initial mechanical fixation to be achieved.
